I put my passion for data to work at Epsilon, assisting lead analysts on an account for a major telecommunications company. I created documentation that helped explain database changes to the client, and then used SQL queries to test these changes before they went live on the client's platform. I also used SQL queries to answer client research questions and help them jump-start new marketing campaigns or detect errors in their current ones. Towards the end of my internship, I helped my client prepare for the California Consumer Privacy Act by identifying all fields in the database that would be covered by the upcoming legislation.

I expanded my sales skills at Spiro, relentlessly pursuing inbound and outbound leads and discussing the CRM space with sales leaders at a wide variety of companies around the globe. I worked with a team full of experienced sales professionals, and thanks to their guidance generated over $58,000 in potential ARR. I also helped test new versions of Spiro CRM before it was pushed out to customers. In addition to Sales skills, working at Spiro gave me a much clearer picture of how young software companies generate revenue, raise funding, and grow the firm.

From day one at Mirror, I was charged with expanding the company's mobile services presence in the southwest United States. Over the course of one month I personally connected with over 350 startups and signed on a new client, resulting in the company's first placement for a remote mobile role, and $30,000 in revenue. I also worked with four other interns to compile and analyze a month's work of client outreach data, and helped present an analysis to the principals of the company. I then went to to work directly with the COO to test the beta of an alternate recruiting strategy involving AI-based sourcing. I reached out to over 750 companies, and was directly responsible for the acquisition of two new clients.
